Austin Mobile Notary Services: name change
The name has changed, but the focus remains the same: service.
The slight change in the name is the addition of the word ‘mobile’. This is to give a better representation of the type of service that I provide. I bring the notary services to the clients.
I get many calls from people who need a document notarized and will ask, ‘How late are you guys open?’, or, ‘Are you open today?’ The misunderstanding is that there is an office that they can come to.
I do have an office, but I spend very little time in it.
The majority of the work that I do is providing remote closing services. I work with many different companies, all across the country. When someone is refinancing their mortgage, or purchasing a home, there is no need for them to drive to a title company to sign their loan documents. I bring the documents to them and conduct the signing — whenever and wherever it is most convenient for them. Usually it is in their home. It can also be at their place of work, or at a restaurant. Just about anywhere.
And there are people who need notary service, but are unable to leave their home or place of work. I come to them.
This is why I am constantly on the go. And it’s why the new name reflects that: Austin Mobile Notary Services.
